Quality Assurance

Quality & Certifications

Quality claims need evidence. We align audit files, EOL records, traceability, and compliance documents to each OEM program before samples move into pilot or repeat production.

International Compliance

ISO 9001 File Support

Quality-system documentation and factory audit files can be coordinated for qualified buyer programs.

Request Documentation Scope

APQP / PPAP Planning

Automotive-style planning, control plans, and approval packages can be scoped when the project requires them.

Request Documentation Scope

CE / EMC Coordination

Declarations and third-party test paths should be confirmed by product scope, voltage, and destination market.

Request Documentation Scope

RoHS / REACH Declarations

Material declarations and supporting files can be prepared when listed in the RFQ documentation scope.

Program-Defined End-of-Line (EOL) Testing Protocol

EOL coverage is defined by the buyer's CTQ list, product family, and shipment risk. For QDD actuators and precision servo motors, the outgoing record can combine electrical, mechanical, communication, and packaging checks instead of relying on visual inspection alone.

Test CategoryParameters MeasuredDefect Prevented
Electrical IntegrityHi-pot (Dielectric strength), Surge, Winding Resistance, InductanceShort circuits and insulation breakdown under high thermal load.
Dynamometer VerificationNo-load speed/current, torque-speed points, Back-EMF (Ke), cogging torque when requiredDeviations in magnetic flux or assembly alignment.
NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness)Acoustic dB profiling and radial/axial vibration spectrum by acceptance planPremature bearing failure, rotor imbalance.
Encoder CalibrationAbsolute zero-point alignment, communication packet loss checkCommutation errors in closed-loop operation.

Material Supply Chain Transparency

Performance depends on controlled materials and documented substitutions. Buyer-specified materials should be listed in the RFQ so alternates require engineering approval before procurement.

  • Silicon Steel: High-permeability ultra-thin lamination thickness and grade selected by magnetic design, cost target, and sourcing availability.
  • Magnets: High-temperature grade NdFeB (SH/UH series or agreed equivalent) selected against thermal margin and demagnetization risk.
  • Bearings: Brand, clearance, preload, and seal requirements confirmed by load profile and buyer specification.

The DFM & FMEA Approach

Automotive-style planning methods can be applied where the buyer needs tighter release control, auditability, or repeat-batch governance.

  • DFM (Design for Manufacturing): Early interference checks and tooling optimization to cut MP cost.
  • PFMEA: Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis deployed before the first pilot run.
  • CPK Analysis: Critical dimensions (like bearing seats) can be tracked against agreed Cpk targets when volume and inspection method justify statistical control.

Schedule a Factory Audit or FAT

Our engineering team can coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), remote evidence packs, or buyer audit discussions for qualified OEM programs. Raw test data, CMM reports, and document scope should be agreed before pilot release.
